GOOD TIP!!!
For a toilet that is rushing or a leak that is unstoppable by tightening bolts, there is a dial on the back of the toilet that allows you to turn the water off and stop the leak while you call the plumber. To stop a leak from the tub, you may cut off water supply in the basement.

IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT they may ask you not to use liquid drain solvents. This depends on the type of pipes installed. Sometimes older metal pipes and newer PVC can be easily erroded by the liquid drain solvents. Please check with your plumber or maintenance specialist.
